Businesses, universities, Higher Technical Institutes (ITS Academies), and industry associations gathered with a shared objective: to build an enduring collaborative ecosystem capable of translating complementary expertise into research, innovation, and development projects.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"a-unique-skills-portfolio\" class=\"font-semibold leading-tight text-pretty mb-2 mt-4 &#091;&#091;data-has-inline-images&#093;_&amp;&#093;:clear-end text-base first:mt-0\">A Unique Skills Portfolio<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 &#091;&amp;+p&#093;:mt-4 &#091;&amp;_strong:has(+br)&#093;:inline-block &#091;&amp;_strong:has(+br)&#093;:align-top\">Presentations from participants reflected the full breadth of the value chain. Universities contributed research capabilities in formulation, life sciences, artificial intelligence, process optimisation, sustainability, and social and consumer trend analysis. Businesses highlighted the value of end-to-end collaboration across the supply chain, spanning contract manufacturers, technology suppliers, packaging specialists, and advanced services. Industry associations\u2014including the Cosmetic Technology Cluster Association (<em>Polo Tecnologico della Cosmesi<\/em>), Assolombarda, and SICC\u2014contributed extensive networks, training programmes, and institutional advocacy. Meanwhile, the education and training system, from ITS Academies to university degree courses, continues to cultivate the specialised talent required by the sector.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"key-priorities-identified\" class=\"font-semibold leading-tight text-pretty mb-2 mt-4 &#091;&#091;data-has-inline-images&#093;_&amp;&#093;:clear-end text-base first:mt-0\">Key Priorities Identified<\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-2 &#091;&amp;+p&#093;:mt-4 &#091;&amp;_strong:has(+br)&#093;:inline-block &#091;&amp;_strong:has(+br)&#093;:align-top\">Discussions highlighted five key &#091;&amp;_strong:has(+br)&#093;:inline-block &#091;&amp;_strong:has(+br)&#093;:align-top\">Consolidating the Cluster\u2019s European role via <strong>GO4Cosmetics<\/strong>, the network of 12 cosmetics-oriented European regions co-led by the Cluster alongside Cosmetic Valley<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"py-0 my-0 prose-p:pt-0 prose-p:mb-2 prose-p:my-0 &#091;&amp;&gt;p&#093;:pt-0 &#091;&amp;&gt;p&#093;:mb-2 &#091;&amp;&gt;p&#093;:my-0\">\n<p class=\"my-2 &#091;&amp;+p&#093;:mt-4 &#091;&amp;_strong:has(+br)&#093;:inline-block &#091;&amp;_strong:has(+br)&#093;:align-top\">Sustainability, traceability, materials innovation, quality assurance, and digital process transformation were identified as overarching themes across all priorities, aligning with the Cluster&#8217;s three strategic pillars: Digital, Green, and Consumer Awareness.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-the-cluster-means-to-its-members\" class=\"font-semibold
